1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We proudly ship worldwide.
All orders are shipped via trusted global carriers (USPS, ePacket, or standard/express partners) depending on destination and product type.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, Europe, Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–25 business days

These are average estimates based on global carrier performance.
Most customers receive their orders within 2 weeks once shipped.


3. Shipping Fees

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
In many cases, we also provide free shipping promotions on select items or order values.

5. Shipping Delays & Customs

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their local government.
In most cases, orders are delivered without additional fees.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 45 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international) from the shipping date, please contact us at support@lazarno.com with your order number.

We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Lazarno is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
